Abdulla Bati Al Qubaisi confirmed that the club?s board of directors is working according to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the ruler?s representative in Al Dhafra region in drawing a comprehensive strategy that enhances the club?s role in Al Dhafra region and qualifying it culturally, sportly and socially to serve Al Dhafra region according to directives which are seen by his Hines adding that -to the sports section of Al Ittihad Newspaper- the club has stepped further in investment, localisation, football, sports games and the societal role files where senior jobs were localized 80% with qualified cares referring to that the club was able to overcome COVID-19 crisis with many positive aspects such as reducing the budget and increasing the output without any effect on the club?s role.
Al Qubaisi added that, the club?s board of directors worked along one year in pushing the investment wheel by enhancing its strategic partnership with ADNOC- Al Ruwais which will develop the region's society and push the first football team march expressing his thanks to ADNOC which was a real supporter for the team for more than a decade till the sponsorship developed to a real partnership which serves the region's youth adding that the club?s board of directors intensified its works in investment file Last year by signing contracts with international companies for investment in some of the club's spaces in Madinat Zayed which raised the nearby lands values and oppen it for  big companies adding that the club?s board of directors has launched this year, Al Silaa Accommodation Complex which includes a residential complex, commercial complex and investment complex which serves Al Silaa residents and provides classy investment which could be added to the state achievements in various fields adding that the club?s management worked in securing the suitable environment for its employees by rehabilitating the officers in Madrid Zayed and Al Zaafarana in Abu Dhabi in addition to the qualifying of Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan Stadium by one of the international companies according to FIFA measurements with the coordination with Abu Dhabi Sports Council in addition to maintaining the first team and youth section playgrounds so as to do its role in serving Al Dhafra region society.
Al Qubaisi clarified that the board of directors is seeking to develop the sports games section by focusing on the games which many people like such as Jujitsu and volleyball by building strong team which can compete in the future noting that all the above mentioned is contributing in advancing community action to serve Al Dhafra region as an implementation for the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the ruler's representative in Al Dhafra region.
About the first team's march in the club, Al Qubaisi clarified that his board of directors is working according to a well-thought-out strategy which enhances the continuity of the first team in ADNOC Pro League with reducing the expenses according to Abu Dhabi Sports Council, Football Association and Pro League Committee.
He also added that the first team had suffered during the last season due to some technical mistakes and failing in choosing some foreign players but at last? it won the bet with his ability to stay among the top clubs adding that the last year experience will make a strong team in the new season referring to that the football company in the club under the leadership of Murshed Khalfan Al Marar is doing a great job to build a strong team from the club?s sons from the youth sector, experienced players and cubs section within the coming years in addition to supporting the team with distinctive foreign players who will form the applied addition to the team adding that the club?s board of directors is supporting all the football company plans and the technical committee which has completed its recruitment at the level of foreign players with signing a contract with the fifth player Walid Al Karoui, form Tunisia, renewing and signing contracts with a number of local players according to the technical staff of the team referring to that, the football company has signed a contract with the Serbian coach Nebojsa Vesovic  after studying his CV and his previous success with the clubs he worked with referring to the ambition of his board of directors is to return the usual image of the team with planning to build a future rival team and contributing with the state clubs in the development of the sports system by providing it with many talents hopping that the club?s fans to attend the matches during the new sports season and support the team from inside the stadium in all the competitions which will raise the morale of the players.
