Al Dhafra head coach Patrice Carterón said his team respects the strength of Sharjah ahead of Thursday’s Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup clash.
Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Carterón said the team is working hard to reach full readiness and praised the players’ strong spirit and motivation despite a difficult start to the season.
“We respect Sharjah, one of the biggest clubs in Emirati football, and we are looking for a positive result that will give the players an additional boost,” he said.
Al Dhafra midfielder Mansour Al Harbi said the players are determined to deliver a strong performance and achieve a positive result, while thanking the club’s supporters for their continued backing.
